FIRST ISSUE Reviews

Reviews of FIRST ISSUE comic books. Definitely the most important, expensive and exciting things in comics! Topped only by the next FIRST ISSUE of the same title or character.

For our “RATING” system, we use incremental cover prices from 1940 to 2000. 10 cents (lowest rating) to $2.50 (highest rating). That doesn’t mean that there are 241 levels of rating. Rather, there are 18 levels of rating. We don’t go higher than $2.50, as we feel that’s the max you should pay for a new FIRST ISSUE comic, off the racks.
