For our “RATING” system, we use incremental cover prices from 1940 to 2000. 10 cents (lowest rating) to $2.50 (highest rating). That doesn’t mean that there are 241 levels of rating. Rather, there are 18 levels of rating. We don’t go higher than $2.50, as we feel that’s the max you should pay for a new FIRST ISSUE comic, off the racks.
